Our story began in 2018 when we acquired the business from its original owner, who had established it as a franchise. After the franchise contract expired in 2021, we embraced a fresh identity and rebranded as Video Innovation. Under the leadership of Charles Franck, Owner and General Manager, we have leveraged 27 years of experience in information technology to deepen our understanding of both legacy and modern audio and video formats, ensuring we provide exceptional service to our clients.
